Executive Compensation Process

All of the Key Staff are volunteer and receive no compensation other than expenses incurred in carry out their duties, consistent with the Expense Policy of the Foundation.

Diversity and Values/Policies

All grants are made without consideration of race, religion, ethnicity, and are made annually on a competitive basis consistent with the Mission Statement of the Mackler-Goding Foundation, to appropriate organization and individuals within the United States of America.

Investment Policies

The Mackler-Goding Foundation will invest in U.S. biomedical companies, private or public companies, pursuing research and product development in the area of orphan and medical diseases.
